Obama’s campaign has been so adamant about releasing Hillary’s WH papers & the Clinton’s tax records and yet the Obamas refuse to release his senatorial records as well as Michelle’s Princeton thesis. Princeton said they could not release it until after the elections. Why???

I have a copy of Michelle’s thesis and I have read it in detail.
Although she says some rather silly things and gave me a good laugh at some of the more foolish parts of her thesis, I do not think that there is anything in there what would cause people to change their minds about whether or not to vote for her husband.
I would say that her thesis is something that is merely embarassing to her and her husband, it is not going to affect the election.
However there is a very serious issue about Obama that is not really receiving adequate coverage in the press and that is Obama’s association with some rather unsavory people back in Chicago.
On his rise in politics Obama appears to have got himself tied up with some very dishonest people.
I would say that there is a serious question whether or not we really want a President with some of the connections that Obama has back in Chicago.

I’ve read it so it isn’t such a big secret. Michelle isn’t running for any office by the way so I don’t see why there is a big interest in a paper she wrote twenty years ago as a college student.
It isn’t like she is hiding crimes she committed while she was living in the White House or trying to cover up money she takes as bribes.

Mike, I appreciate your even-handed response. Even though you’re not voting for Obama, you took the time to read it and acknowledge that, while it’s not the best (and theses rarely are), it’s not being covered up for some crazy subversive reason.
As far as his connections, it’s unfortunate if it’s true, but it’s also unfortunate that it’s almost a prerequisite in politics. Show me one politician without some shady friends, and I’ll show you a politician who hasn’t made it beyond the local level. If we want that to change, WE have to change it, not expect politicians to. They’re just trying to get elected, and we keep electing them.
